Tengo una Nikon D80 y las fotos me salen con manchas y con rayas como pelos.

Limpio el objetivo y nada. ¿que puede ser?

Pues casi seguro que lo que tienes sucio no es el objetivo sino el sensor.

Si tienes dos objetivos, cambia de objetivo y comprueba si salen las rayas o puntos en el mismo sitio. SI es así es el sensor.
