Para cambiar el tamaño de las fotos de un directorio hay varios programas que pueden ahorrarnos mucho trabajo y tiempo.

Estos programas ademas de meter una marca de agua si quieres, te redimensionan y en algun caso te retocan las fotos a tu gusto.

El que yo uso es Visualizer Photo Resize:

Las versiones antiguas eran mas sencilla.

Hay uno nuevo muy potente:

Recomiendo la version "portable".

Y otro que no he probado, pero tiene buena pinta:

Y otro:
www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize
